Kevin G. Diamond is licensed as both an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. During his early work career, he worked as a auditor at one of the large accounting firms and later concentrated on forensic accountanting at a regional CPA firm. While attending law school at night, Attorney Diamond worked for the Massachusetts Securities Division of the Secretary of State's Office as an investigator working on issues of securities and financial fraud. Attorney Diamond had success and worked with the SEC and FBI on investigations. Later, he moved over to the FDIC where as an Investigator, he was responsible for determining both civil and criminal liability in numerous failed financial institutions in New England. He worked concurrent with the Department of Justice - N. E. Bank Fraud Task Force, the Secret Service; the FBI, and other government agencies and outside counsel to the FDIC in presenting civil cases.

From there, Kevin joined a large Boston law firm's litigation department. With that experience under his belt, he started his own practice where he has concentrated on tax, financial and probate litigation and estate planning. The CPA has made Kevin bilingual in understanding both the financial and legal worlds. His cases have lead to the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients by taking the case from its inception and working the case through each step individually, not delegating to inexperienced first year associates like some other firms may. Each case is handled individually by Attorney Diamond. From accounting malpractice and investments fraud cases to representing one of the families of September 11 in litigation, the key to succeeding in each case is in the preparation from the inception of the case, through discovery until its final successful resolution.
